slow to blog...

I apologize for not blogging more often... but ever since the summer hiatus ended I am glued to the TV every night! HA! Thats right all my fav shows are back and that means the computer has lost its attractiveness.

ANYWAY, I can't believe Little David is 20 months. He is obsessed with Pasta, Soup, raisins, Blueberries and cheese. He climbs everything. Chairs. Stairs. Tables. Anything. He plays Hide & Seek constantly. Samson (dog) is his best buddy. He loves Barnes & Noble (more for the trains than the books). And is now newly obsessed with Blues Clues.

I have nothing fascinating to blog about... here are a few pictures of LD playing (Yes, you guessed it) Hide & Seek. He is getting much better at WHERE he hides. lol.

And again, when we got home...

E-A-G-L-E-S! Eagles!!!

So we held our own mini party to celebrate the Eagles season opener against the Rams. Just the 3 of us... Dave, Little David & I... Well, Four if you count Samson. And I should, because he's bigger than LD & I put together.

We had our traditional Sunday homemade spaghetti and meatballs. Then enjoyed special big game snacks which Little David loved! One was Broccoli Cream Cheese Dip loaded with fresh Broccoli and Wisconsin cheddar. I like to think eating a veggie justifies eating all that cheese and sometimes denial is a nice place to be.

He had his own little bowl... Partly b/c he's very independent & Partly b/c neither Dave or I wanted him double dipping in ours. haha.

Mesmerized by the game!

Yum!

Dave had off from work so it was extra special!

He also loved the Cannoli Dip! One of Dave's favorites.

He loved it so much that he resorted to ditching the crackers and using fingers... I guess he should have had his own bowl. duh!

This child loves OJ, maybe even more than his fav toy "Robot." (who he insisted on taking to bed with him the last two nights for company...)

He even sported his first Eagles jersey... And worn without pants it makes a pretty impressive fashion statement.

It was a very nice low key day... He spent the rest of the afternoon collecting leaves and sticks.
