David has formed such an attachment to the cape... He does not want to take it off! Apparently it really has given him super powers as well...
The power to manipulate grandparents into acting silly...
the power to be adorable & get almost anything he wants within seconds...
the power to "fix" things that are not really broken...
The power to fight evil robot vaccuums from the planet Roomba...
And to save innocent bystanders from their terrible cleaning powers!
The amazing ability to devour vast amounts of chocolate chip cookies & milk yet never yet full...
And sometimes to share when he deems appropriate...
The power to make small messes even bigger...
The ability to spot insect intruders...
And pop dangerous bubbles with a single finger!
And lastly, the power of the Great Escape... It helps when you run "faster than a speeding bullet..."
So feel safe, Superman is real ...& even though he is only 2 1/2 feet tall and still drinks out of a sippy sup, his tantrums will frighten away any evil doer and his hugs heal every wound.
